Each week at Small Time, we collaborate with a local artist to showcase their music, merch and host a live performance.

FEATURE ARTIST MAR 15-21

Introducing our next Feature Artist, Sunfruits , who will be performing live with us on Thursday the 18th of March at 8.30pm.

The event will be both live streamed on Facebook and performed in our venue to a limited capacity.

- No bookings required for for the studio-lounge. Walk–ins welcome. We recommend arriving early to get a good spot.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

After releasing their debut EP “Certified Organic” in February 2020, followed by a run of sold out shows up the east coast of Australia, Sunfruits took a year that was truly awful and made something special within it. They followed up their EP with a 7” including favourites “Mushroom Kingdom” and “Bonsoy, collaborating with Ardneks (Khruangbin,Moon Duo) iconic soy milk brand Bonsoy and other creatives from around the globe to deliver a truly groovy release. With psychedelic pop-driven disco grooves combined with serious lyrics surrounding environmentalism and systematic change, Sunfruits are more refined than ever. These releases saw Sunfruits get nominated for a Music Victoria Award, feature on the front page of Bandcamp, sell more than 800+ records globally and further cement their place in the contemporary “Australian” music industry and beyond. Sunfruits also appeared at Brunswick Music Festival, Bad Vibrations Festival and supported The Lazy Eyes, Beans, Underground Lovers and more during this time.
