In this ritual, we will honor our ancestors, sending them healing and prayers, so that they may in turn heal and guide us. The term “Ancestors” includes deceased members of our biological family, and other spirit beings with deep connections to our early beginnings in this life. Based in the traditions that many cultures have for honoring the Ancestors, participants are free to call on their own version of Higher Power and spirit guides in communicating with their ancestors, followed by a shamanic journey and journaling.
