Friday, December 20, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM (EST)
The Feast of the Seven Fishes is a traditional Italian (or more specifically, Sicilian) meal served on Christmas Eve. While we can’t show you seven recipes in an hour, we’ll show you how to make a few simple dishes that you’ll enjoy whether you celebrate the Italian way or not! This is a demonstrative class with plenty of samples. On the menu: Mario Batali’s Two-Minute Calamari; Shrimp Scampi with Basil; Sautéed White Fish with Olives; Anytime Antipasti Platter
