Join Chef Daniel Kedan for an intimate Feast of the 7 Fishes, on Saturday December 24th in Healdsburg.
Chef Daniel and his culinary team will create a seven course feast, highlighting local and sustainable fishes. Awarded Michelin Guide's bib gourmand for four years, technique, tradition, and sustainability are a driving force in his kitchen, as you will see in this festive meal.
The dinner will take place in Siduri's Wine Lounge & Tasting Bar, in the heart of downtown Healdsburg. Siduri's new lounge and tasting bar is the perfect, intimate setting for Chef Daniel's holiday feast. He will be pairing all seven courses with Siduri & Novy wines for the evening.
