Welcome to the Feast of Fermentation- a celebration of the microorganisms that nourish us daily. Come join us and bring a few trillion of you closest friends! This fundraiser will be a feast of all things fermented: beer, wine, cheese, breads, sauerkraut, kimchi, and so, so much more!
Two options are available: A 4-course meal with fermented drink pairings all prepared by Chef Jessica of Shine Restaurant and guest local Chefs (this includes entry to the tasting room), or entry to the tasting room with samples of fermented food and drinks from local producers, a live band, and some great info-sharing! We'll also have a silent auction with some fantastic prizes for the highest bidder.
Event will be MC'ed by Maeve Conran from KGNU
Proceeds will go to Boulder Food Rescue, a local non-profit working to rescue and redistribute perishable food waste from businesses to agencies that serve homeless, hungry and low-income people. In just 2 years, BFR has rescued over 350,000 lbs. of healthy fruits and vegetables and has taken it to over 50 different organizations. Not to mention, its all done by bicycle! Come help us celebrate our 2 year anniversary at this fantastic event.

When & Where
Boulder Food Rescue
Boulder Food Rescue works to create a more just and less wasteful food system. We do this through the sustainable redistribution of healthy food to low-income communities, while educating each other about food justice. We are pedal- powered by 150 active volunteers redistributing 1,300 lbs. of fruits and vegetables per day, by bicycle!
