Join us in celebrating Feast Day on December 4th at Third Window Brewing Company! Our friends at Potek Winery, Wildwood Kitchen, and The Bruery in Orange County are coming together to create an epic feast!
Chef Justin West has prepared the following menu featuring local, seasonal produce. Each course will be paired with both beer and wine. We will also be releasing Bierbara, a Belgian golden strong ale with Riesling grapes from Potek Winery and a spice mix from The Bruery. The beer is inspired by the traditional dish eaten on Feast Day, burbara.
