Fearless Performance Reviews
Fri, May 19, 2017, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM CDT
Setting attainable goals and a realistic evaluation of these goals is an ongoing struggle in many businesses. Goals must be realistic in order for the company and its employees to find them motivating, and feedback must be given on the basis of these goals. In this elective workshop from our Supervisory Management training program, you will learn about the Great Performance Management Cycle, methods for setting SMART goals, techniques for analyzing performance employees, and a roadmap for conducting productive and truly fearless performance reviews.
Jeffrey Russell is the course instructor. He specializes in helping organizations respond to the challenges of continuous change. With a focus on developing leadership, strategic thinking, leading change, and performance coaching, Jeff has helped organizations as diverse as Fortune 500 firms, social and public sector organizations, and small family businesses to achieve their goals. Former workshop participants praise the course’s relevance to their business. A former participant stated, “There’s immediate applicability of the ideas that were presented” when talking about Jeff’s course.
The program can also serve as an elective within the Supervisory Management Certificate Program. However, participants do not have to be enrolled in the certificate program to attend. The program fee is $249, and pre-registration is required. Seating is limited. The registration deadline is Monday, May 15, 2017.
