The Fulton DeKalb Hospital Authority’s (FDHA) Community Health Awareness and Prevention (CHAP) team extends an open invitation to members of the Fulton and DeKalb communities to attend our upcoming Motivating Health During COVID: A Near-Death Experience Lunch & Learn. The FDHA Lunch and Learn Initiative is a 45 - 60 minute presentation that will educate and empower attendees. Join us as we learn about the top issues surrounding Heart Health.
