The Fred Douglass Community Development Corporation (FDCDC) is a non-profit organization working closely with the Jacksonville City Council, the Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Development Corporation, and other community leaders, on a multi-phase revitalization of its District 1. Phase 1 of this project involves major renovations to Lincoln Park, located in District 1.

To assist in the completion of this first stage of the project, the FDCDC is hosting a Founders Banquet honoring the founders of the Fred Douglass Alumni Association, from which the FDCDC was formed. We are requesting your help to raise $70,000 to assist in the completion of the first stage of the project.

The banquet will be held Friday, June 17, 2022, 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM, at The Legacy Entertainment Venue, 782 County Road 1511, Jacksonville, TX. (Dinner served promptly at 8:00 PM)
