Ever wish you had some sort of plan for tackling your New Year's Resolutions? ME TOOOOOO!!! As I started planning for next year,(holy moly I'm turning 40!) I realized that I'm much more likely to follow through if I have "my girls", my accountability partners in crime, my fitness bombshells, my PEEEEPS with me to plan and train for my health and fitness goals for next year! SOOOOO, I'm hosting a Planning Party at our new gym!
I'll put my 20 years of personal training to the test and help guide you through your personal schedules and goals for 2017! We'll talk about reasonable goal setting, time frame for training, nutrition to guide you through the plan and we'll actually get you registered for races! As your goals get closer we can provide you with printable, hard copy training plans to prep for your goals!
BRING: Pen, paper, 2017 calendar, big dreams, race distances/weight loss goals, laptop or mobile device
BRAINSTORM NOW: What distance/type of race will be a challenge for you next year? Do you have any other goals related to health that align with a fitness goal - sleep, weieght loss etc. We recommend you choose at least one, but no more than 2 big challenges for the year. This can be ANY fitness goal -from walking your first 5K to competing in a triathlon!
I'm charging you $10 because FREE means you reallly don't commit to anything! And for accountability and the snacks to fuel your planning at the meeting. :)
