• 14 days before the event, or after we receive notification of your purchase, we will send you the photography contract.

COVID-19 UPDATE: All Sessions will follow the following guidelines:

• Photographers are vaccinated but may wear masks.

We are so excited to have you join us. We are also carefully watching for Stay at Home Orders and CDC guidelines for the legality and safety of running our business. In the event that we are unable to hold sessions for any given date, the session fee will become a credit towards future sessions. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds.

RAINDATE IS RAIN OR SHINE

Relocating due to weather is for the entire morning (sessions before 1 pm) or the entire afternoon (sessions after 1 pm) if it is raining or colder than 40 degrees during those parts of the day. We will not move individual sessions or refund sessions because of weather. IF RAIN IS FORECASTED OR IS TOO COLD, ALL SESSIONS MOVE IN-STUDIO: 6241 N Clark, Chicago, IL 60660

You may reschedule if an opening is available or take a credit. However, a $50 fee will apply if the request is made same day.

Editing time, we will do everything we can to get them done by Father's Day

We recommend that your child is at least 6 months old, and able to sit unsupported, for these sessions. Younger children are welcome if a parent or older sibling can hold them for the session.

Ticket sales are non-refundable. Under some circumstances, rescheduling may be permitted for a fee.

Photography Waiver

By signing up for this mini session the client grants TK Photography the right to film, record, and photograph the client and their family. Images taken may be used for advertising, display or any purpose thought proper by TK Photography.
