  • Group dining is available for parties of up to 8 guests.
  • Gratuity and beverages are not included in this ticket price.
  • A 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to each bill, to be paid at the end of your brunch meal.
  • Wine, beer, and cocktails may be purchased at the time of the event - a special Drink Menu will be provided (must be 21+ to purchase alcohol).
  • If you would like to bring your own bottle of wine, there will be a $25 corkage fee/bottle.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the menu.

About Chef David Baruthio:

French Master Chef David Baruthio was born in Colmar, raised and trained in Strasbourg. He studied under Michelin starred Master Chef Hubert Maetz. He has consulted, opened and managed restaurants and hotels in a number of different countries including the UK, Switzerland, Belgium, Nepal, Beverly Hills, and most recently Mongolia before arriving in Windsor Heights to open Baru 66.

He has enjoyed the opportunity to cook for a wide range of people including royalty, celebrities, and world leaders as well as good friends and family. He has been acknowledged with several awards for his work all over the world including a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide in Belgium.

Not quite a bar and not quite a restaurant, the gastropub is a British hybrid of sorts, offering a casual-meets-refined atmosphere that welcomes beer drinkers and foodies of all kinds. We have taken a lot of pride and care to design our offerings to be a unique twist on old school classics. BeerStyles offers 100+ craft beers on tap, a full wine and cocktail list, and an upscale pub food menu.
