Description

Baked Alaska and Chef Outta Water's Chef Chris Holen is very happy to welcome Chef Michael Brine all the way from North Queensland, Australia for this Father's day long table dinner. Michael Brine is the Chef and co-owner of Touch of Salt restaurant in Townsville. Chef Brine and his restaurant have received many accolades over the years, most recently being recognized as one of the top 50 restaurants in Australia. Chef Holen and Chef Brine have cooked together on multiple occasions. They have cooked in each others restaurants as well as other Chef Outta Water events throughout Australia, Oregon and China. This collaboration long table, famly style dinner will feature styles from both Chefs incorporating Australian Bush Tucker Flavors and Northwest wild and foraged foods. The cost for this dinner is for food only, it does not include gratuity or alcoholic beverages.

This event is one of multiple events throughout Oregon featuring Chef Michael Brine. Chef Outta Water is also featuring Astoria Brewing company who's brewer Rich Amacher will be collaborating on a special beer with Australian Brewery Smiling Samoyed. This beer as well as a custom sausage made in collaboration with Astoria's Gulley's Butcher Shop will be featured at this event.
