FatherHood University is a leadership and life-skills training program built for fathers who want to show up stronger at home and in the community.  7-week evidence-based program proven to improve father engagement, emotional presence, and positive parenting skills.

Who is the program for?

Any father—new, experienced, stepdad, or expecting—who wants to grow, lead, and strengthen their family.

Do I need to be perfect to join?

No. This program is for real fathers willing to learn and grow, not perfect ones.

How long is the program?

7 weeks, with one 90–120 minute session each week.

Emotions, discipline, communication, co-parenting, stress, father wounds, relationships, legacy, and leadership.

What is a DADvocate?

A father trained to model healthy fatherhood, support other dads, and advocate for father inclusion in the community. Attending the FatherHood University Training is a prequisite to becoming a DADvocate which gives you more opportunity and special incentives to become formally engageed.

A workbook, support, community, certification, and access to FatherHood Uncut groups and leadership pathways.

Certified Nurturing Fathers facilitators trained in trauma-informed, culturally responsive engagement.

We can’t give legal advice, but completion often shows commitment and can support your caseworker documentation.
