- Three balanced meals and two snacks each day totaling 1200 or 1500 calories, or 1800 or 2200 calorie low carb option
- Convenient, healthy and satisfying menu with an easy-to-follow meal plan
- We do the shopping for you
- Recipes and menu provided when you pick up your groceries on Monday(s)
- Minimal cooking required: all meals can be quickly and easily prepared.
- If you are unsure what an appropriate calorie level for you is, contact Rachel to schedule a 30-minute nutrition session for $60.00. You will leave with personalized goals for fat, carbohydrates, protein, and total calories that you need to maintain, lose, or gain weight.
- Option to just purchase the menu and recipes (no groceries included).
- How it works: Pay in advance using Eventbrite or visiting customer service in the store, or by contacting Rachel at firstname.lastname@example.org / 952 423-9344 and making arrangements. Choose to complete 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks of this program. Pick-up of meals occurs weekly on Mondays between 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. - just pull up at the Aisles Online pickup door and we will load it up for you!
Pick up dates are as follows:
Monday, April 24th between 3 p.m.- 6 p.m.
If ordering two weeks, second pick-up date will be Monday, May 1st between 3 p.m.- 6 p.m.
If ordering three weeks, third pick-up date will be Monday, May 8th between 3 p.m.- 6 p.m.
If ordering four weeks, fourth pick-up date will be Monday, May 15th between 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
