Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No age limit but we request that you do not bring babies or young children. 

You must show a photo ID at check-in.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking Locations: 180 West 20th Street, 16 West 16th Street, 140 West 18th Street.

Subways:

#1 Train - 18th Street stop.  Proceed east to 125 W. 18th Street.

#2 or #3 Trains - 14th Street stop.  Walk north (uptown) to 18th Street and 7th Avenue.  Turn right onto 18th Street and proceed east to 125 W. 18th Street.

A, C, E Trains - 14th Street stop.  Walk north (uptown) on 8th Avenue to 18th Street.  Turn right onto 18th Street.  Crossing over 7th Avenue, proceed to 125 W. 18th Street.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

We recommend that you don't carry too much to the event, especially since you will be leaving with a gift bag.  You will be responsible for your items.  If you would like to take any notes, you can bring a pen, pencil, and note pad.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final.  We cannot refund your ticket.
