Lasell University The School of Fashion at Lasell University offers three distinctive Bachelors programs: Fashion Design and Production, Fashion Media and Marketing, and Fashion Merchandising and Management. Lasell's School of Fashion is at the cutting-edge of fashion education, providing students unique experiences and graduating inspired and industry-ready designers and fashion professionals. Lasell's student designers include:

ALEXANDRA DOYLE utilizes her background in theater and dance to influence her design work. She enjoys using the creative, “over the top” look of costumes and puts a colorful twist on classic design. Allie’s inspiration for this design was to take a gorgeous, timeless silhouette and add variation by using a large, colorful print. The result is a gown that enormously emerges personal and unique. The design includes a cage and a crinoline skirt, which adds lots of volume for extra drama.

SARAH RUDKER is a designer and an artist. Her design work offers her customer an opportunity to be uniquely expressive. She has a deep appreciation for the human body and believes strongly in showing if off for all of the beauty of its natural shape. Sarah’s inspiration for this garment exemplifies the audacious, reckless and powerful spirit of women who also exhibit a heart of gold. The textile she chose spoke to her in a way that offered a new perspective in conveying her message.

SARAH REESE finds inspiration through classic silhouettes, neutral color palettes and fine details. Bringing timeless fashion into contemporary style, Sarah integrates soft, feminine details, which emphasize her personality. Sarah found inspiration for her design by merging the fine details of vintage foundation garments with the elements of classic ballet costume. This combination symbolizes the discourse of the fine artistry of the bustier and the delicate femininity of the tutu.
