It will be hosted by former Washington Redskins Running Back, Clinton Portis and DJ Jason Perez will be playing the hottest hits with special performances by two of the newest faces of music: Tsa and Christopher! Drinks and hors d’oeuvres catered by celebrity chef, Terrance Williams of Edible Arts Chefs will refresh the palate and tasty desserts by LolliJolli Cake Pops and Priceless Affairs will be a sweet treat. A silent auction and a raffle of a one of a kind piece by Michael Perez will close out the night in style.
All proceeds from the event will go toward establishing the program we developed called, Life After Foster Care ... Now What?, that addresses the unique needs of the over 25,000 foster care youth aging out of the foster care system in the United States per year and seeks to provide a foundation of basic principles to those youth. We have a passion for helping foster youth and the program aligns with our 5 pillar focus on the physical, mental, emotional, educational, and financial enrichment and will assist in building healthy, well-rounded, and successful adults thus reducing the number of foster care children who go through the adjudication system and become prey to many other adverse situations when they age out of foster care. The goal is to demonstrate how to create a successful life regardless of their disadvantaged beginnings.
We look forward to seeing you there!
