A little bit about JP...

John Polley (JP) has personally helped over 1,000 individual clients to do everything from improve elite performance through to freeing people from hugely limiting movement issues with the techniques you’ll be introduced to during this workshop. Furthermore, his education in the areas of mobility, training, recovery and the biopsychosocial model of human function has online students all over the world.
