Farmer's Market Cooking - All Vegetarian

Using fresh produce from the Farmer's Market, we'll create a wonderful meal. Our recipes are quick and won't have you scurrying about for some elusive ingredient.
Creamy Broccoli Potato Soup - This dish is made super rich and creamy from the potatoes and surprisingly dairy free.
Roasted Carrot Puree - Such a simple dish is made warm and inviting by including a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Spinach Mushroom Frittata - With just a few ingredients, you'll create a satifying meal for the entire family.
Roasted Winter Sqash and Quinoa - Full of fiber and nutrients, this dish often stands alone.
Warm Apple Crumble - A perfect finish to the meal.
Cost is $85. Class begins at 2pm and lasts approximately 2 hours.
