About this event
Get your property ready for the rain. Join King Conservation District and Horses for Clean Water to tour the Enumclaw horse property belonging to Richard Baum and his wife, equine veterinarian Ramona Tingdale. Together they are in the process of setting up their 10 acres to accommodate 3 to 5 horses. You will see ecology block compost bins for manure management, a mud-free 60’ x 200’ winter confinement area, and pasture management. Learn about managing horses and land for environmental integrity and horse health.
Attendance is limited due to COVID. Please plan to bring and wear a face mask.
If spots are filled, please sign up for our waitlist. We will be in touch if a spot opens up.
This tour is held on private property. Address and directions will be emailed out to those registered the week of the event.
