A unique farm-to-table dining experience focused on exploring the deeply rooted benefits of eating in harmony with the season!

About this Event

This unique experience hosted by Mood Food Events in collaboration with The Almond Tree will begin with a brief introduction followed by a guided meditation to activate the senses and create an immersive dining experience before the first course is served.

Guests will then enjoy a five course gluten-free vegan-friendly dinner service, prepared by Chef Jessica Mandelbaum of The Almond Tree, that is designed to embrace the nutritional benefits of plant based eating in line with the current season.

Each course will feature a carefully curated organic wine pairing presented by Mood Food co-founder, Melissa Peralta, along with an educational dinner discussion led by nutrition expert, mental health counselor and Mood Food co-founder, Julia Morlino MS INHC.

Guests will also receive take home materials highlighting the information covered during the dinner discussion, along with recipes for all of the dishes featured on the evening's menu, and other surprise gifts from our partners in their Mood Food Approved swag bags.
