Farm to Table February Dinner

Bravo to all the people who are cultivating relationships with nearby producers through supporting farm to table dinners. It’s exciting to see the growing trend of alfresco dinners in the gardens and farms that produced their ingredients.

We are adding some new ideas to our evolving farm to table dinner.

Culina at the PARC is committed to curating memorable authentic dining experiences. We believe in sharing the value of knowing your neighbor, knowing your farmer and building community. We bring these experiences to you from the heart with quality, creativity and fun in mind. For our February dining experience we are setting up a ‘Market to Meet your Farmers’ prior to the dinner, starting at 3pm. Local farmers will be selling their meat and produce in the big barn. Dinner is served at 5:30PM.

ALL proceeds from our farm to table dinners benefit the Academy programming. The Academy is committed to brining practical learning, inspired by nature to Highlands County. The children at the Academy will have their own table at the market showcasing and selling their handmade items.

Please keep a few things in mind about our dinners:

-There is some walking involved from the parking area to the barn and dining area.

-This is a lively dinner with live music.

-This dinner will not be paired with any alcoholic drinks. You may bring your own.
