Urban Agrarian presents 2016 Farm to Table Dinner Series, driven by our official sponsor Central Oklahoma Cadillac Dealers (okcadillac.com). Each month our chef will focus on what is in season and will feature a different local farm/producer. Dinners will include appearances by guest speakers and guest chefs that will educate diners on the local food movement, ethical & sustainable farming practices & tips on how to grow your own food. This 5-6 course family-style meal will include a wine or beer pairing. Details for each dinner will be posted at the beginning of the month on social media. For this dinner we're kicking it up a notch to celebrate our five year anniversary!! Chef Timothy Mort will be joined by an all star list of local chefs, Alain Bouthion from La Baguette, Grant Johnson from Good Egg Dining, Chris Becker owner of Della Terra Pasta, and Beth McFarland from Provision Kitchen. Each one of these talented chefs have had a big part in the history of Urban Agrarian. Come enjoy their food and stories of how the local food movement has been a part of their lifes. We will being dining once again where it all began in the Urban Agrarian warehouse. Tickets are limited.
