Farm to Table Dinner - registration required

Please join us for a one-of-a-kind family-style dinner on University of Louisville's Belknap Campus.
On the patio of the campus dining hall, you will be served a four-course menu of local foods featuring:
Kale and Potato Soup
Winter Salad with Black Radish and Apples
Apricot Wood and Pinot Grigio Smoked Cornish Hens with Winter Medley Vegetables
And for dessert:
Pumpkin Creme Brule with Cinnamon Ice Cream and Bourbon Smoked Sugar
We look forward to this time to slow down and enjoy the company of our neighbors and the bounty of our region.
Cost is two meal plan swipes or $20 (for which you can use meal plan flex points). Cash/credit sales are subject to 6 percent Kentucky sales tax.
These local dishes will be served on local dishes handcrafted by UofL ceramics students.
The evening's entertainment will be provided by John Gage, an established, Louisville based, folk singer/song-writer who has made a career of entertaining audiences with his resonant tenor voice and flat-picking guitar. (http://www.kentuckyhomefront.org/john-gage.html)
