We are happy to announce the next date in our “Farm to Farm” dinner series!

In partnership with Chefs Phillip Bryant and Veronica Valdivia of Heirloom Hospitality Group we now bring you a revolutionary concept in the South Florida Agriculture and dining scene. We are pleased to team up with this dynamic duo formerly of Coral Gables’ renowned “The Local Craft Food and Drink.” Chef Phillip’s Virginia upbringing and love for Southern Cuisine along with his former positions at “Yardbird Southern Table and Bar,” “Swine Southern Table and Bar,” and his tutelage under his mentor, Chef Norman Van Aken, are at the forefront of this new, ground-breaking concept.

We are pleased to bring to you our “Farm to Farm” dining experience. This innovative approach has as its’ core, the belief that locally sourced fruits, vegetables, and meats should be just that; local & fresh. By relying heavily on ingredients that are at the peak of their season and within short distance to our farm, Chef Phillip and Estancia are recreating the South Florida farm dining experience.

Please join us on the farm on Friday, June 29th, at 7:00 PM for a delectable journey focusing on the local, homegrown produce of our surrounding farms! Chef Phillip shall expertly guide your taste buds through the plentiful bounty of the South Dade farming community. This spectacular five-course dinner will feature a welcome cocktail courtesy of our friends at Bacardi.

Mrs. Brenda Poo, a superstar wine consultant with Florida wine Academy shall be hand selecting wine pairings which shall be carefully explained with each course.
