Event description

Description

This program is designed to provide an annual refresher for farm workers on farm safety and Worker Protection Standards. Attendees receive a certificate of attendance suitable for insurance purposes.

Registration starts at 7:30, program starts at 8:00 am.

The 2018 annual Farm Safety Day program will cover:

Annual WPS worker and handler training in Spanish and English

Decontamination

Natural Hazards on the farm (snakes and stinging insects)

Agricultural Crimes

Tractor Safety

Farm worker school programs

Hydration Drink Myths

Lunch

INCLUDES 3.5 CEUS IN PRIVATE APPLICATOR Pesticide Applicator
