Description

It's Vegan Fiesta Time! Come celebrate the farm fresh flavors of summer with culinary instructor Diana, founder of Beantown Kitchen Cooking School. In a warm and welcoming setting, enjoy a fun-filled evening exploring the delights of plant-based cuisine.

The class will be hosted in Beantown Kitchen’s gourmet kitchen. In a small group setting, we'll create four delicious dishes: Mexican Grilled Sweet Corn, Sweet Potato Fries, Pesto Pasta Primavera and Veggie Burgers and then sit down to enjoy the dinner, paired with wine, together. Dinner will be followed by a plant-based dessert, provided by Diana.

Diana shares recipes and information about plant-based cuisine on Beantown Kitchen, awarded one of the top 100 plant-based blogs. She holds a B.Sc. in Nutrition from Cornell University, an Ed.M. from Harvard University and is a Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator. She loves answering questions and sharing her knowledge about plant-based nutrition as well as the benefits of a vegan diet for health and weight maintenance. Tips and strategies for both simple and gourmet vegan cooking will be provided.
