About this event

The Lynhall is thrilled to announce the launch of our Farm Dinner Series!

Join us on Wednesday August 24th at 5:30pm at our LynLake location for the second in our series of Farm Dinners in collaboration with local farmers. Our second featured farm is Pleasant Valley Produce from New Richmond, Wisconsin .

Join Executive Chef Natalie Allesee and Pastry Chef Katie Elsing for this inspired six-course (four savory, two sweet) meal for $115 per person and which includes sales tax and 18% service fee for our team.

Wine and cocktail pairings will be available for purchase the night of the farm dinner.


1st COURSE: Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio/Cherry Tomato Confit/ Garlic Scape Sauce Vert/Pickled Watermelon Rind

2nd COURSE: Cucumber-Watermelon Gazpacho/Whitefish Crudo/Purple Kohlrabi & Pickled Ground Cherry Relish/Mint Oil

3rd: COURSE: Mortadella Raviolo/Charred Yellow Candy Onion/Fermented Mustard Cream/Stracciatella/Rosemary

4th COURSE : Pan Seared Magaret Duck Breast/Poached Cippolini/ Grilled Zucchini Bread/Ground Cherry Butter/Carmen Pepper Jelly
