Description

Our Talented Chefs are at it again using locally foraged mushrooms and locally raised meats and vegetables to create a veritable seasonal feast to enjoy with friends farm table fashion. At our Garden House in the middle of our Gardens. Wine and Beer available for purchase.

Starter
Crostini trio: Chanterelles and leeks with goat cheese, Black trumpet mushrooms and chicken liver mousse,
& Oyster mushrooms with myrtle woods bacon & gruyere cheese

Salad Course
Garden greens salad with pickled maitake, roasted cipollini, baby carrots, baby turnips, candied pumpkin
seeds, roasted apple vinaigrette, and shaved bresaola.

Main Course
(Muscovy OR Myrtle Woods pork chop medallion) and veal sausage with a chicken of the woods mushroom
and spinach polenta cake with root vegetable melange of beets, carrots, fennel, winter squash and Swiss
chard finished with a brandied mushroom bordelaise
Vegetarian main course: savory seared tofu with a white bean herb "cake"
