Far From Moscow Festival: Dinner at Hinterland, Night 1

A team of Russia's finest chefs will descend upon Hinterland in Santa Monica between December 9th and 11th as part of the Far From Moscow Festival happening at UCLA. Limited seats are still available for purchase with food provided by three world renown chefs - all linked both to the White Rabbit Restaurant (currently ranked #18 in the world), and to their own, solo restaurants. Together, they will showcase a wide and traditional range of Russian dishes with a modern, global flair. They’re led by Igor Gubernsky, who oversees both the capital’s Taste of Moscow and the sprawling Gastronomic Festival, involving over more than fifty Russian restaurants––every year.
