About this event
AI isn’t magic. This interactive workshop, hosted by Service Design Tools in collaboration with AI x Design Community, aims to understand which helpful and unhelpful expectations exist when designing for AI. Together we will examine our own experiences, and discuss best (and worst) practices of managing the fine balance of inspiring yet realistic expectations about AI capabilities across the team.
Using a hands-on collaborative approach, you’ll get to share your experiences while meeting and learning about the experiences and techniques of others. Our goal for this workshop and research is to create the basis for an expectation framework that will be published and made available on ServiceDesignTools.org.
