After the success of Fannies and Flapjacks, Emily proudly brings you Fannies & Fizz! This is more than just a night out – it’s a powerful, playful space for women to come together in celebration, solidarity and straight-talking honesty.
It’s where pelvic floors meet patriarchy, and where we ditch the shame and start having the conversations that matter. Expect a mix of laughter, learning and lightbulb moments, as we explore the real-life stuff that impacts our bodies, minds and confidence.
We’ll dive into everything from pelvic health and gut health to the subtle – and not-so-subtle – ways the patriarchy affects our wellbeing, choices and ability to thrive. All with a glass of fizz in hand, surrounded by a community of women who are done with silence and ready for something different.
We go beyond surface level self-care this is a system shake-up!
Whether you’re navigating leaks, low confidence, or simply want to feel strong and supported in your body, this space is here to help you learn, find your confidence and let go of societies expectations of you. And if you’re a practitioner supporting women on this journey, you’re right at home here too.
What does your ticket include:
🍾 A glass of fizz on arrival (alcoholic or non-alcoholic – your choice)

Frequently asked questions
No. This event is for anyone interested in women’s health – whether you’re coming to learn more for yourself, support others, or connect with people working in the space. We’re creating a space that’s about community, not competition. Practitioners, curious minds and passionate humans are welcome.
Just yourself! Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable – whether that’s sequins, trainers, a jumpsuit or joggers. We want you to feel comfortable.
Yes! Loads of people do. We’ll make sure you feel welcome and there are plenty of ways to connect with others if you want to – and space to just take it all in if you don’t.
Canapés will be served during the first break, but please eat a proper meal before arriving – it’s tasty, but it’s not dinner. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements at checkout.
Yes! We’ll have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic fizz available on arrival.
Yes, there’ll be dancing – starting with a guided Somatic Disco to release stress and reconnect with your body. Then it’s open disco time: think girl power anthems, feel-good vibes and full permission to move how you like, top up your drink, or chill and soak it all in.
Yes, all areas are accessible by wheelchair.
If they’re a woman aged 18 or over – absolutely. Bring your sisterhood. Or come solo and find one here.
No stress at all. The first half hour is just for grabbing a fizz and having a natter. We’ll kick things off properly around 6pm, but honestly, don’t worry if you’re running late. I know what it’s like trying to juggle kids, tea, and work chaos. Your fizz will be there waiting for you.
