Bring the whole family together as we celebrate our individuality and dive into the mindfulness of yoga. Cost: $10 per preson. Children 5 & under are free.

What to Expect: Wear clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle. The Move Studio will provide mats and props, but feel free to bring your own! We have limited changing room space and do not have lockers for personal items at the moment so please plan accordingly. Check our FAQs below for any further questions.

Charlotte has the child-like personality traits of dancing, wild creativity, and loud bursts of laughter. She loves to encourage and spark joy in others, reminding them they are accepted just as they are, and that she cares about them. Charlotte is very playful, and from a very young age children in the neighborhood would gravitate toward her because she knew the most fun things to do! Charlotte went to Boise State University for Elementary Education, and this year marks her 18th year of teaching. She has taught early childhood education, after school and summer camp programs, sports and motor development of all varieties, creative endeavors of many kinds, and playing in nature with children is her most favorite activity. Charlotte quickly realized that although teaching is her passion, working for the education system was not going to bring her into full joy, but mixing all that she has learned into one mesh of a class, encouraging others to expand into their greatest potential is most fun of all. So Charlotte founded Unity Kids Yoga, LLC. where she uses yoga and swimming as the systems, integrating all that we are into one beautiful moment the purpose. She travels from place to place offering yoga, creativity, and mindfulness classes for young people and families, as well as swimming lessons and mermaid classes at a local indoor pool location.
