Event description

Description

What did farm children play with during the 1700s and 1800s? They had to make their own toys out of what was available, and from this, the corn husk doll was born! Learn more about colonial toys and games and make a corn husk doll to take home with you! Each participant will be given supplies to make one doll - additional supplies may be purchased onsite for a small fee.

Our family workshops are held open-house style. Feel free to come by anytime between 11-2: the craft will not take 3 hours to complete
