Description

Please join us to hear stories of hope and recovery from our fellow residents. Additionally, you will see a performance, from the Mental Health Players, depicting family coping strategies, and the individual experience of mental illness. These stories will inspire you to continue your road to recovery and change-work, begin the journey, or help a loved one. During the day you will also gain information about how to take the first steps to receive help, and have to opportunity to interact with our panel of experts at the end of the session.

Breakfast and registration begin at 8am. Program begins promptly at 9am. Breakfast and lunch provided.
