Blissful Bodies Yoga + Birth
Elika grew up with a love for dance, sports and music so was naturally fascinated by the fluid and liberating practice of Vinyasa Yoga. After a severe back injury, she was led to the practice in 2000 in Atlanta, GA and found so much healing in her body and peace in her mind, she had to dive deeper and wanted to inspire others to trust the innate ability of the body to find/regain harmony...vitality and BLISS! Whether teaching classes, workshops or Imnternational retreats, Elika loves to create a soulfully dynamic weaving of healing music, yogic wisdom and creative sequencing mostly inspired by her Prana Vinyasa training with Shiva Rea and various styles of dance. She is also a Birth Doula and teaches Pre/Postnatal Yoga, who's mission is to share practices that reduce suffering in birth and life by guiding women to live more in-tuned with nature, as informed by her studies in Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine and Pranic Energy Healing. She also helps her clients stay well by educating them about the benefits of essential oils, as a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA oils.
