Family Program: Harvest Celebration!
Event Information
Description
Participate in an urban gardening project at the museum and be part of a larger project the museum hopes will become a “permanent” museum garden! This 3-part series of hands-on workshops will be lead by gardening expert, landscape designer, educator and entrepreneur, Derek Thomas. You might know Derek as the former “Garden Guy” on WTTG Fox 5 TV.
This program sponsored in part by Smithsonian Gardens, DC Tours and Transportation, and Ed's Plant World.
