Family Summer Nite at the Museum is a unique opportunity for children ages 8-12 accompanied by an adult to spend the night at Minnesota Discovery Center. Spend your evening enjoying workshop activities about how to survive in the wild! Before you know it the lights are out and you’ll be going into your tent and crawling into your sleeping bag.
Family Nite at the Museum overnite is for children ages 8 to 12 and their chaperones. Individual families and groups can register for this event. Scouts, schools, churches, community groups and others are welcome. Groups can range in size, but must always maintain a minimum 1:3 ratio of chaperones to children. Minimum group size is 20 (5 chaperones and 15 children); maximum group size is 100 (25 chaperones and 75 children). Chaperones must be at least 21 years old.
