Family & Friends CPR is a video-based classroom course designed for members of the general public. It is for people who want to learn CPR, but do not need a course completion card for a job or other requirements.

This course is ideal for students, new parents, grandparents, babysitters, and others interested in learning how to save a life.

The Family & Friends CPR program teaches**:

• Adult Hands-Only™ CPR
• Adult AED use
• Child CPR
• Infant CPR
• Adult, child and infant relief of choking

Skills are taught by combining live and video demonstrations with hands on practice. Classes are led by certified instructors who have real life experience. Students will receive guidance and coaching that will help build their confidence. The knowledge acquired from this class will prepare you to help respond to an emergency if the need arises.
