Project Information:

Join us for some family-friendly stewardship fun on Portland Audubon's Collins Trail Loop! We'll be using loppers and rakes to clear vegetation and debris on this loop trail nestled in the center of NW Portland. We will hike, learn about plants and do trail maintenance from 9-12PM and then have a picnic lunch. Please plan to arrive a few minutes before 9AM.

Hiking information:

From the parking area, we will hike a 1.25 mile loop trail. This easy, meandering trail has some steady inclines and declines.

COVID-19 Information:

**You will be asked to electronically sign the e-waiver for this event, provide proof of vaccination or recent negative COVID-19 test result, and perform a self-assessment health screening within the 24 hours preceding the event.** The crew leader for this event will verify that you have completed these requirements at the trailhead safety talk before the trail party begins. The registration confirmation and pre-event emails will contain further details and links.

What to bring:

• Water
• Snacks
• Gloves if you have them (any type of gardening/work glove)

What to wear:

• Boots (Open-toed shoes are not allowed)
• Work gloves (some loaner gloves available)
• Long sleeved shirts and pants.
• Rain gear, insulating layers, sun protection, etc. as appropriate for the weather
• TKO will supply hard hats and safety glasses
