As family business owners contemplate the impact of COVID-19, they are faced with challenging questions:

  • Do I have the energy to transform my enterprise to address the long-term changes in my market?
  • Are next generation members in our family willing and prepared to take charge as owners, governance and leaders?
  • Is now the time, with high business valuations and great uncertainty, to think about selling and moving into a new phase as an enterprising family?
  • How do I get the business ownership group aligned around the future prospects for our enterprise?
