Get your family up and active on a Saturday morning with our active, fun (and educational!) two part event- "Family Bootcamp Kitchen"!
Start your morning with a pumped up, all ages bootcamp class with Coach Cook- she'll get all the members of your family sweating and smiling. Then, we invite our youth participants to join Andrea (www.tinyturnipskitchen.com) for a cooking experience where they will make some delicious and nutritious snacks and beverages to share with the whole family!
Bootcamp with Coach Cook:
9:00-9:20am All Ages warm up
9:20-10:00am Adult class continued
This class is a high intesity body blast. With explosive movements and aerobic exercises, this WRKout will satisfy that cardio craving and body burn!
Tiny Turnips Kitchen:
9:20-10:00am In the kitchen with Andrea (for youth, and any adults who are not into Bootcamp!)
Whether your child is a weekend warrior or a competitive athlete, healthy snacking and proper hydration are always important! Come join Tiny Turnips Kitchen and learn how to make home made chocolate crispy energy bites and watermelon coco "betterade." We will work up an appetite in Bootcamp, and prepare yummy snacks to keep us fueled for the day!
Family Re-Fuel and Re-Hydrate:
Kids, here is your chance to share your awesome treats with your family- You can teach them how tasty eating healthy can be!
This event is desigend for all ages, but recommended for youth ages 6+. One RSVP is required for each participant. All materials needed for Bootcamp and cooking activities will be provided.
