Come and learn about employer coverage, employee eligibility, qualifying reasons for leave, amount of leave, and employer and employee rights and responsibilities under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

The Wage and Hour Division in Houston, TX is conducting in-person compliance assistance focused on raising awareness about compliance with federal labor laws in the construction industry.

This training is recommended for business owners, human resources and payroll personnel, managers, supervisors, and anyone seeking to learn more about their responsibilities and obligations under the law.

Attendance is free, but pre-registration is requested due to limited seating.

If you have questions on other Wage & Hour topics, assistance is available after the presentation between 10:30 am to 12 pm on 10/10th. Walk-ins welcome.
