The lowdown:

Arrive at Abbey Road Farms between 9:00-9:25 AM. (Rain or shine!)

60-min class starts at 9:30 AM.

• Led by Molly Taylor, founder of FAM.
• Beat-driven, functional movement training and plyometric cardio conditioning. (In other words: Big kids’ fitness class PARTAY.)
• Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Shoes are optional.
• Safety is a priority!
• Masks must be worn upon arrival and remain on until class begins.
• Please place your yoga mat on a pre-marked spot.
• Glasses of Pinot Gris will be pre-poured for you to grab after class.
• Maintain 6-feet of physical distance with one another while roaming the farm grounds and checking out the goats, llamas, sheep, ducks, and chickens!
