Event description

Players will play for half the event, and NPC for the other half.

Registration includes potluck meals all weekend. Feel free (but not obligated) to bring a dish. Email ben.m@interphaze.org if you're planning on this so we can coordinate.

Camping is available on a first come, first served basis. Camping costs are included in the registration fee.

You'll be asked to update your character information during the registration process; be sure to have any skill choices or spell research requests ready.

Click here to view the Interphaze Code of Conduct. NOTE: You will be asked to agree to these rules during registration.

Everyone who registers before the end of the day on Wednesday, July 19, will be eligible for an early registration Bonus Item that can be claimed at check in of the event.

You'll notice that payment options have changed. Most notably: the Year Pass and Monthly payment plan options are not available, due to lack of interest and use. In their place, you'll notice an option to pre-load registration fees for upcoming events. This is in response to player request, and I hope you'll find it useful. More information will be available during registration.

Another exciting addition to our registrations is the option to contribute toward the Interphaze Land fund. You may remember an earlier email announcing that we've started our quest for land; this is the easiest way for you to help reach that vision.

Finally, regarding rules and registration:

As part of our Beta test season, you may rebuild a pre-existing character in any manner you choose, reassigning your levels to different and/or completely new classes. You may also re-select your character's Race, if desired, as well. To make this happen, please list all your skill selections for your rebuild in the appropriate box during registration. Allow some extra time to get this done.

If you would like your character to remain as-is, you'll also need to indicate that. Characters that have no instructions included will be processed with their pre-existing race, class, and levels, but with all skill picks refunded (meaning a blank skill section of the passport). Skills will need to be re-selected at check in for these cases.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No. But all participants under 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone. Chaperones who are not also playing are required to register as NPCs for the event.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes. Your registration can be transferred to a later event. Contact us if you need to do this for any reason.

Can I update my registration information?

Not through Eventbrite. Contact ben.m@interphaze.org with any updates needed after registration.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. You do not need to print anything. Just show up, we'll have all your paperwork ready!

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are available until 48 hours before the event starts. After that time, there are no refunds - but you may still transfer your registration to a later event.
