Fall Youth Conference for Middle School and Junior High!

Conference Information

A fun, faithful, and friend-filled conference for those in grades 6-9. Conference includes faith exploration, fun, and fellowship, through contemporary music, worship, small group conversations, games, workshops and special activities. Meet youth from around the diocese, make new friends, reconnect with old ones, and live into a larger Christian community.

Fall Theme: Jesus and the Dinosaurs! - (looking at bible stories, Jesus and science and trying to make sense of it all, plus there’s dinosaurs, how fun is that?!)

How to register

Click the green button that says "Attend Event" or "Tickets"
You will need to select your payment option 1) credit card, 2) check/cash, 3) Scholarship.

All registrations will also need a Signed Youth Liability Waiver Form. Print, sign, mail or bring with you.

1) Credit Card

Select the quantity (#) of youth registrations you would like to purchase then click on the green "Order Now" button. You will be taken to the registration page. Parents, you are the ticket buyer so please fill-in your name, email address, credit card information, and billing address. All further questions pertain to the youth. Please answer all of the questions and make sure to print and bring with you or mail the form: Youth Liability Waiver Form. When ready to submit, click on the green "Pay Now" button at the bottom of the screen. A confirmation screen will appear as will an email in your inbox.

2) Check or cash
Select the quantity (#) of youth registrations you would like to purchase then click on the "Show Other Payment Options" link below the Order Now button. Click: "Pay Offline". You will be taken to the registration page. Parents, you are the ticket buyer so please fill-in your name and email address. All further questions pertain to the youth. Please answer all of the questions and make sure to print and bring with you or mail the form: Youth Liability Waiver Form. When ready to submit, click on either of the blue buttons at the bottom of the screen: "Pay by Check" that gives instructions on where to mail it in advance or "Pay at the Door" that will allow you to pay by check or cash at the door. A confirmation screen will appear as will an email in your inbox.

3) Scholarship
Select the quantity (#) of youth registrations you would like to purchase them click on the green "Register" button. You will be taken to the registration page. Parents, you are the ticket buyer so please fill-in your name and email address. All further questions pertain to the youth. Please answer all of the questions and make sure to print and bring with you or mail the form: Youth Liability Waiver Form. When ready to submit, click on the green "Complete Registration" button at the bottom of the screen. A confirmation screen will appear as will an email in your inbox.

What to Bring:

Sleeping bag
Pillow
Towel
Casual clothes and shoes that you can be active in and something nicer for Sunday service
Overnight clothing
Toiletries
Your Bible/Book of Common Prayer (optional)
Musical instruments (optional) (youth are encouraged and welcome to participate with the band throughout the weekend. Let us know when you get here!)

FAQs

What if I cannot print out the waiver forms/my child forgets them at home?
Extra copies will be on site at registration. A legal gaurdian must be present to sign. Here is the form: Youth Liability Waiver Form

Can friends come, even if they don't go to church?
Absolutely. Just make sure they register.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No.

What is the refund policy?
You may request a refund until the event closes on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at 11:59PM. No refunds for no-shows.
