Description

This class will be taught by Chef Jen. Experts recommend 5- 13 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. That number can seem daunting in a meat & bread-centric society that is America. One reason we aren’t consuming our veggies is that we’re bored with the tried and true. But eating vegetables doesn’t have to be mundane! In this class, we will focus on seasonal produce prepared in delicious and crave worth ways that will have you (and your kids) asking for more. This class is vegan and can be gluten free upon request (please specify when registering), with hands on opportunities as desired.

Pre-registration for classes and select events required. You can sign up at Eventbrite.com. See class description for specific instructions. Classes and events are subject to change or cancellation. You will receive classroom credit for the amount of the class to be used no later than six months from the date of the class that you registered for.
