Fall Opera Scenes
Opera Scenes: Independent Women and the Men Who Would Do Anything to be with Them
Join the North Park University School of Music for an evening of opera scenes on Friday, November 9 and November 10, both held at 7:30 pm in Hanson Hall, room 23 (second floor).
Lyric Opera Associate Stage Director Matthew Ozawa makes his debut at North Park directing the Fall Opera Scenes program about courageously independent women and the men who would do anything to be with them. Students present scenes from four centuries of opera, including Le Nozze di Figaro, Carmen, La Bohème, Der Rosenkavalier and The Ballad of Baby Doe.
