Fall Open House and Networking Event - Come network with our students and learn from our panel of successful Entertainment Studies alumni.

About this Event

Join us for our Open House and Networking Event, where you will have the opportunity to connect with industry professionals and students in various Entertainment Studies certificates!

WHEN: Friday, September 20, 2019 from 5:00pm-7:00pm

WHERE: UCLA Extension Gayley Center, Room 121

1145 Gayley Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90024

Pay by space parking is available in Lot 36, behind the Extension Gayley Center, or on Broxton on 1036 Broxton Ave.

FORMAT: The Fall Networking Event will also be an Open House, featuring a panel discussion comprised of successful Entertainment Studies alumni. Open networking and light refreshments will follow. Invite your friends and take advantage of the opportunity to meet your fellow certificate students and industry professionals.

Please arrive on time as the panel will begin promptly. Open networking will follow the panel.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Meet the Fall Networking Panelists:

Kate Rees Davies

Award-winning director of features, short films, music videos and commercials. Ms. Rees Davies also produces features for other filmmakers. She has produced twelve features, directed one and has two in development. Six of her short films have screened at Cannes.

Ray Ford

Television, film, and theater actor. Mr. Ford was a series regular in Don’t Trust the B in Apt. 23 and FATRICK. He also held recurring roles on Fresh off the Boat, The Real O’Neals, and Grey’s Anatomy. Ray also performs regularly on stage and is a member of Ghost Road Theater Company and Critical Mass Performance Group. Ray has also recently completed the Business & Management of Entertainment certificate.

Richard Tuttobene

Award-winning composer, orchestrator, and jazz pianist. Mr. Tuttobene has composed for numerous feature films, including After Image and Boiler Maker, and countless television shows, including Kenan & Kel, All That, The Amanda Show, Chelsea, and Killer Kids.

Please come prepared with questions for the panelists.
